This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and requests made through the Crypveo platform for luxury watches, fine jewelry, and high-value vehicles.

- Eligibility for Cancellation and Refunds
The right of cancellation applies only to private individual customers and does not apply to corporate entities, commercial buyers, or resellers.
Refunds are available only for selected items that are physically in stock and explicitly marked as “in stock” at the time of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange:
- Custom orders or specially sourced items
- Items marked with lead times such as “3–5 days”, “on request”, or similar
- All vehicles (including cars, supercars, and collector vehicles)
- Any item sourced, reserved, or acquired specifically at the customer’s request
If 14 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase, no refund or exchange can be offered under any circumstances.
- Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be returned in its original condition
- Include original packaging, documentation, manufacturer seals, stickers, and accessories
- Show no signs of wear, handling, or alteration
Once the item arrives at the designated logistics or inspection hub, it will be forwarded to the originating dealer or authorized partner for verification and quality control. Refund eligibility is confirmed only after approval by the dealer or inspection partner.
- Cryptocurrency Refunds
Approved refunds are issued exclusively in cryptocurrency.
Refunds are calculated based on the EUR or USD value of the original purchase, minus applicable costs, including but not limited to:
- Logistics and transportation expenses
- Insurance costs
- Cancellation or administrative fees
The refunded cryptocurrency amount is calculated using the exchange rate at the time the returned item is received and approved, not the rate at the time of purchase.
Due to market volatility:
- If the cryptocurrency value has increased, you may receive fewer units than originally paid
- If the value has decreased, you may receive more units
Refunds are processed to the same blockchain address used for the original payment.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom or bespoke orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Vehicles of any kind
- Items not returned in original condition
- Items damaged due to improper handling or return shipping
- Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in cases of confirmed defects or damage verified during inspection.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item must be identical. No alternative models or substitutions are guaranteed.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except where an item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining full shipping insurance for high-value items.
Crypveo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please:
- Verify the transaction on the blockchain
- Check the receiving wallet address

Crypveo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version published on crypveo.com shall prevail.
