These Payment Terms and Conditions (“Payment Terms”) govern the use of Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies (“Cryptocurrencies”) as a payment method on the Crypveo platform.

By choosing to pay with Bitcoin or other supported Cryptocurrencies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Payment Terms. These Payment Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service available on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these Payment Terms, you must not select Cryptocurrency as your payment method.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Crypveo accepts Cryptocurrency payments through an external payment processor. The availability and functionality of Cryptocurrency payments depend on the operational status of the payment service provider. During checkout, you will be redirected to the secure payment interface of the processor, where the total purchase amount will be displayed in the selected Cryptocurrency, calculated using the exchange rate determined by the processor at the time of payment.
All product prices within our system are internally registered in EUR or USD. The final Cryptocurrency amount is calculated automatically at checkout based on the current exchange rate provided by the payment processor.
After placing an order, customers are granted a payment window of 15 minutes to transfer the exact Cryptocurrency amount specified in the payment invoice. If the payment is not completed within this time frame, the invoice will expire, and the checkout process must be initiated again.
The payment processor only accepts transactions that match the invoice amount exactly. Payments that are underpaid or overpaid will not be processed automatically. In such cases, customers must contact Crypveo support to review the payment status. Depending on the outcome, the order may be confirmed, adjusted, or canceled manually.
Compliance With Laws and Regulations
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Cryptocurrencies and the purchase of luxury watches or jewelry comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Certain countries or regions may impose restrictions or prohibitions on Cryptocurrency payments or the acquisition of luxury goods.
By using the Crypveo platform and completing a transaction, customers confirm that they have reviewed and understood the relevant legal requirements and accept full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from their actions. Crypveo does not provide legal advice and disclaims any liability related to violations of local laws or regulations by customers.
